Margaret Bullock, 94 of Afton died Oct 11, 2001, at the Afton Care Center.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Coen-Beaty-Pearson Family Funeral Service, 809 W. Montgomery St. The Rev. Dwayne Henrichs will Officiate. Burial will be in the Lorimor Cemetery. There is open visitation after 11 a.m. today with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home in Creston. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.

Mrs. Bullock, daughter of Anna (Bryan) and John Franklin Stalcup, was born Aug. 14, 1907. in Dodge Township, Union County. She graduated in 1925 form Lorimor High School. On Aug 14, 1926, she married John Henry Bullock in Lorimor . She was a lifetime resident of Union County, a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Creston.

Survivors include two sons Keith (wife Janis) Bullock of Shannon City and Dale (wife Ida Mae) Bullock of Norfolk, Neg; two brothers, Clarence (wife Irene) Stalcup of Murray and Bryan (wife Dora) Stalcup of Afton, two sisters, Mary Jo (Rev. Max) Sedgwick of Afton and Ruth Means of Tucson, Ariz.; four grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1987, a son, John Carl Bullock, twin infant sisters; a brother-in-law, Lyle Means; and two grandchildren.
