DEATH OF GEORGE McCANN
Passed Away at the Family Home
Last Night

George, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter McCann, passed away at their home at 506 E. Chestnut street, last night at 7:30, after about three months of patient suffering. Death was due to heart failure.

Deceased was 24 years, 2 months and 20 days of age. He was well known and loved by all. He was born and raised in Dodge township where he has a host of sorrowing friends.

A father and a mother, five brothers and four sisters are left to mourn his loss. All were at the bedside at the time of his death, except two brothers, Frank and Joe, and one sister Agnes, who resides at Portland, Oregon. Frank and Agnes are on their way to Creston and will reach here some time this evening.

No arrangements have been made for the funeral. It will be held however at the Immaculate conception church. The date and hour will be announced later.
