ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--Howard Milton Sanderson, 71, of Albuquerque, N.M., died February 2, 1998, in Albuquerque, N.M. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. February 28 at the Oakland Cemetery in Shannon City. Memorials may be directed to the Oakland Cemetery and sent to Darlene White, P.O. Box 259, Shannon City, Iowa 50761.

Mr. Sanderson was born February 25, 1926, in Shannon City to Howard O. and Elsie (Snider) Sanderson. He attended school in Shannon City and Diagonal and graduated from Diagonal High School. He attended the University of Iowa.

Survivors include his mother, Elsie Sanderson of Albuquerque, N.M. and a daughter, Marie Arlene. He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Charles Howard.
