Died. – William Groesbeck, of Union county, in the 66th year of his age. He was born in Portage county, Ohio, July 2, 1829. Came to Union county in the year 1854. At his death he was the owner of more than one thousand acres of land, well stocked, and in connection with farming he was a manufacturer of cheese. Mr. Groesbeck was a man of retiring disposition, seeking the quiet of domestic life rather than the public position. It was in the family that his virtues were best known and appreciated. He leaves a wife and seven children to mourn his loss, who have the sympathy of many friends.
