AFTON COUPLE WEDS

MR. RUCKMAN AND MISS WAKE WERE MARRIED SUNDAY

John Lester Ruckman and Miss Lena Wake, two well known young residents of Afton, were united in marriage at the Methodist church here, Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock by the pastor Rev. Edward C. Fintel.

The ring ceremony was used. The couple was attended by Miss Florence Wake, sister of the bride, and Alice Grefield. A brother of the bride, witnessed the ceremony.

Mr. & Mrs. Ruckman left on a trip to Colorado shortly after the ceremony. On their return they they will be at home on a farm near Afton, Iowa.
