I am looking for information on the Ruffner family. Preston Watson Ruffner married Winnie Adaline Wood in Bedford, Taylor Co, IA in 1881. Their five children were born in Taylor Co - Ralph, Grace, Carrie, Alma and Charles. They moved to Oklahoma in the Land Rush. I'm looking for any information as well as the name of Preston's brother who settled in Bedford, Taylor Co. He supposedly owned a large horse breeding farm.
