I haven't found any obit for her, but did locate her death record in the Taylor County Recorder's office.

Deaths book 3, page 151
(Garrett) Cayan, Mary Ann, b. June 11, 1848, Ohio, daughter of Wm Cayan, died Jan 12, in Washington township, of pneumonia, buried Jan 14, in Holt Cemetery.

Encountered her name mentioned a few places spelled Coin.
