TAMA — Services 2 p. m. Wednesday at Mason Funeral Home at Tama for Lee Ribby 65, of Tama, who died Sunday morning at University Hospital, Iowa City, where he had been a patient since Thursday; death due to pneumonia and heart condition; survived by two sisters, Mrs. James Wacha of Tama; and Mrs. Frank Parizeke of Dysart; and two brothers, Ralph, of Tama and Tom, of Clutier.

Monday, July 16, 1962It appears that he is the son of Sandy Ribby and Emma Dulyban Ribby and was born in Pocahontas, Iowa [source: World War I Draft Registration under name of Leo Vencil Ribby]; He was married in Kirksville, Missouri on August 22, 1944 according to his wife's obituary in the October 19, 1948 Waterloo Daily Courier. He is also enumerated with his parents or his widowed mother in Tama County from 1900 - 1930.
