CLYDE CRABTREE

Services for Clyde Crabtree, 84, of 7610 S.W. Ninth St., who died of a heart attack Friday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be a 2 p.m. Monday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Polk City, Mr. Crabtree lived most of his life in Des Moines. He was a retired driver for Yellow Cab Co., a member of the Teamsters Union and a former minister of Gospel Lighthouse.

Survivors include his wife, Lucy; four daughters, Gertrude Redmon of Grand Junction, Della Flowers of Toledo, Esther Pillard of Tama, Maxine O'Hara of North Mankato, Minn.; two sons, Edgar of Tama, LeRoy of State Line, Nev.; two stepdaughters, Karen Todden of Des Moines and Pam Nelson of Fisk, Mo.; 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home between 2 and 9 p.m. today.
