Enlisted July 24, 1918 at Toledo, IA.

Entered Camp Merritt; first entered Co. B, 4th Repl. Reg.

Mustered out Jun 5, 1919 from Casual Co. No. 1328.

In France Sep 5, 1918; member of Hdq. Troop 7th Army Corps. took part in the battles of St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne.
