Born Feb 4, 1894 at Marshalltown, IA.

Son of William and Minnie Wentworth.

Enlisted July 3, 1918; first entered Great Lakes; transferred USN Rifle Range, Camp Logan; entered relief on battle ships and transport Hampton Roads.

Mustered out Feb 27, 1919.
