Enlisted July 25, 1918 at Toledo, IA; entered Camp Gordon; transferred to Camp Shelby; first Co. B, 4th Repl. Reg.

Mustered out Dec 30, 1918 from Co. B, 4th Repl. Reg., 10th Bn.
