Son of John and Lucy Todd.

Enlisted July 18, 1918 at Des Moines. Entered Great Lakes Training Station; transferred to Naval Base at Hampton Roads., Receiving Ship USS Siboney.

In France 10 times.

Mustered out Sep 15, 1919 from USS Siboney.
