STOUFFER, Carl Wilbur

Born June 25, 1886 at Lake Park, Iowa.

Son of George A. and Melva Stouffer.

Enlisted July 24, 1918 at Toledo, Iowa; entered Camp Gordon; transferred to Camp Merritt. First entered Co. B, 10th Tr. Bn. Repl. Draft.

In France October. Member of Co. E, 9th Inf., 2nd Div. At front last three weeks of fighting. Went ÒOver the TopÓ five times.
