Son of Albert and Anna Mochal.

Enlisted April 28, 1917 at Cedar Rapids, IA. Entered Ft. Greble; transferred to Camp Upton, Ft. Adams; first entered 7th Co., C.A.C.

Mustered out Jan 30, 1919 from 7th Co., C.A.C.

Sergeant.
