BAILLIE, J. Floyd

Born Jan 23, 1894 in Des Moines, IA.

Son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Baillie.

Enlisted Dec 10, 1917 at Cedar Rapids, IA.

Entered Jefferson Barracks; transferred to Camp Grant and Camp Hancock. First entered 20th S.S. Co., 161st Depot Brigade.

Mustered out Jan 21, 1919 from Co. G, 7th Reg., 3rd Div.

In France April 4, 1918; member of Co. G, 7th Reg., 3rd Div. In battles of Belleau Woods and Chateau Theirry. His stomach, right hip, left side and left leg were wounded. The 3rd Div. was cited for bravery.
