STEVENSON, Harold Lee

Born Oct 10, 1895 in Tama County, IA.

Son of Robert E. and Nellie Stevenson.

Enlisted Nov 26, 1917 at Cedar Rapids.

Entered Great Lakes Naval Training Station; transferred to Fortress Monroe, Ellis Island; was assigned to USS Huron; first entered Co. L, 1st Reg.; transferred to Co. M, 5th Reg.; crossed the ocean five times to Brest, France and was transferred to Naval Transport Building at Newport News, VA.
