Son of Matt and Lena Schuller.

Enlisted Oct 1, 1917 at Cedar Rapids; entered Jefferson Barracks; tansferred to Camp Logan, Ft. Bliss; first entered Machine Gun Troop, 24th Cavalry; transferred to 82nd F.A.

In service on Mexican border.
