Son of John and Laura Rebik.

Enlisted March 8, 1918, at Cedar Rapids.

Entered Jefferson Bks; transferred to Ft. Pickens, Ft. Barrancas, Camp Merritt; in Battery D, Co. 9, 68th Art., C.A.C.

In France Oct 1, 1918.

Died Nov 13, from Spanish influenza, at Bordeaux, France.

Noted for bravery on guard. Promoted to Corporal at Ft. Pickens.
