KREMENAK, Charles R.

Born Dec 28, 1893 at Toledo, IA.

Son of James W. and Mary Kremenak.

Enlisted July 12, 1917 at Des Moines, IA.

Entered Brooklyn Navy Yards; transferred to Naval Radio School and Armed Guard Camp. Electrician. Radio, 2nd Class. On the USS Forrest (collier and mine carrier), and Mangore (ore ship).
