Son of Samuel and Ida Florence Johnson.

Entered Ft. Logan; transferred to Camp Cody; first entered Co. B, 126th Machine Gun Bn., 34th Div.

Mustered out Feb 8, 1919 from M.G. Co. C, 331st Inf. 83rd Div.

In France Sep 29, 1918.
