Born May 12, 1894, at Clutier, Iowa.

Son of John and Barbara Hach.

Enlisted April 29, 1918, at Toledo, IA.

Entered Camp Dodge, transferred to Camp Travis; first entered Co. D, 350th Inf.

In England in July; member of 345th F.A., 90th Div.

Mustered out June 16, 1919, from Headquarters Co., 345th F.A.
