Entered Ft. Logan; transferred to Camp Cotton, Camp Greene, Camp Sevier and Camp Dix; first entered Co. D, 50th Inf.

Mustered out from Hdqrs. Co., 50th Inf. Corporal, Jan 5, 1918; Sgt., Oct 22, 1918; Sgt. at head of 19th Mail Orderelies.

Sergeant.
