Entered Fort Logan; transferred to Presidio, Camp Dodge and Camp Pike; first entered Casual Camp; Sep 28, 1917, made Sergeant; May 28, 1918, Sergeant First Class; commissioned at Camp Pike.

Second Lieutenant.
