CULBERTSON, Lavern

Born Jan 16, 1899 at Tama, Iowa.

Son of Charles S. and Mae Culbertson.

Enlisted June 26, 1917 at Grinnell, Iowa.

Entered Camp King Abbott; transferred to Camp Cody, Camp Dix; entered Troop D, 1st Iowa Squadron of Cavalry.

In France Oct 1918.

Mustered out Jan 18, 1919 from Co. E, 109th Ammunition Train.
