Son of Barton W. and Mabel L. Cron.

Entered service July 24, 1918, at Toledo, Iowa.

Entered Camp Gordon; entered Co. 23, Replacement Draft Infantry.

In France August, 1918. Died of influenza at Hospital 52, at Le Mans, France, on Sep 17, 1918.
