Born Oct 26, 1895 at Lukavee, Czecho-Slovakia.

Son of Jan and Antonie Cech.

Enlisted May 12, 1907 at Omaha.

Entered Camp Logan; transferred to Fort Shafter, H.T., June 13, 1917, Camp Freemont, July 8, 1918, Camp Dodge, Aug 30 1918; entered 2nd Inf.

Mustered out Jan 24, 1919 from Co. I, 88th Inf.

Corporal.
