Born Feb 23, 1894, in Chicago, IL.

Son of Theodore Busch.

Entered service April 29, 1918, Camp Dodge.

Transferred to Camp Travis and Camp Mills.

Mustered out April 2, 1919.

In France July 7, 1918; member of Co. C, 359th Div.

In the battles of St. Mihiel and Verdun front. Wounded in right shoulder by shrapnel.
