Entered general electrical works, Schenectady; transferred to Cornell University for ground work; flying at Kelly Field, duty flying officers wing at Camp Dick; advanced training for night bombing pilot at Ellington Field; course in aeronautical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (graduated); duty with Aeroplane Dept., Research Branch, Engineering Division, McCook Field.
