Son of Dan and Surelda Bridge.

Enlisted April 8, 1917 in Grinnell, IA.

Eentered Camp Cody; transferred to Camp Dix; first entered 1st Iowa Cavalry.

Mustered out Mar 21, 1919 from 109th Ammunition Train, Co. E.

In France in October (year not shown).
