Son of Henry S. and Hattie M. Amidon.

Enlisted Jan 7, 1917, at San Francisco, CA.

Entered Fort McDowell; first entered Co. A, 1st Aero Squadron.

In France Jan 31, 1918; member 141st Aero Squadron; took part in the battle of Argonne Forest.
