Engagements: Aisne, Marne, July 18, to 21; Battle of Vesle, Aug 3-6; St. Mihiel, Sep 12-14; Meuse, Argonne, Sep 26-Nov 11.

Wounded: Slight wound on hand, not reported.

Hospitalized: About 30 days for swelling of feet and legs.

Returned to US from Brest, France on July 31, 1919; Newport News, August 5, 1919.
