Frank Clark is dead at age 87, rites on Monday

Frank Clark, 810 5th St., Nevada, died at 9:15 p.m. Friday at the Oak Park Manor. He had been ill for the past year and a half and was 87 years of age.

Born Dec. 6, 1881 in Logan, Ohio, he was the son of Lewis and Rose Clark. He was a builder, a farmer, and a business manager and had lived in Nevada for 60 years.

He was married to Anna Fay Earl July 24, 1911 in Boone.

Survivors include his wife, two sons, Floyd D. of Buena Park, Calif. and Kenneth W. of Des Moines, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at the Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada on Monday at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. E. F. Windman will officiate. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.
