IVER L. HEGLAND DIED AT ROLAND TUESDAY

Iver L. Hegland, 62, a lifelong resident of the Roland neighborhood, died Tuesday morning [May 27] in his home there. His death came suddenly due to a cerebral hemorrhage.

He was born the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ole Hegland, on the Hegland homestead east of Roland April 18, 1879. He married Clara Espeland in 1900. He and his family lived on the homestead until 15 years ago when they moved to Roland. He had been employed at the Hegland Produce Co.

Surviving Hegland is his widow; a son, Bertram; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Helland; a brother, T. Hegland; a sister, Mrs. Carrie Highland; and two grandchildren, all of Roland.

Funeral services will be held Thursday in Bergen church.
