ATTEND OLSON FUNERAL
Amond Olson Died at Randall Wednesday Last Week
Amond Olson, 68, died at his home in Randall Wednesday last week, and funeral services were held in Randall Monday, Rev. G. O. Paulsrud officiating. He had just moved to Randall from the farm the day before he was called by death, having been in ill health for the past year.
Amond Olson was born in Okland, Norway, July 12, 1862, and died November 4, 1925. He came to this country in 1881, living for a number of years at Cambridge and in Northern Iowa, and the last 30 years has lived on his farm near Randall.
He was married to Martha Brandeland in 1889, who survives him. He leaves four sons, Peter at Gukeen, Minn., Albert at Frost, Minn., M. B. and Leo who are forming northwest of Roland. He also leaves two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Lena Brandeland of Huxley, Mrs. Hannah Hovde and L. M. Olson of this place, and Martin of Graybull, Wyo. The latter made the trip east from Wyoming and was present at the funeral.
Those from here in attendance at the funeral were Messrs and Mesdames L. M. and Otis Olson, J. S. Wilson, and Elliott Thompson, Mrs. J. H. Larson, Mrs. Hannah Hovde, Mrs. Anna Opstwedt, Miss Belle Larson, Malcolm Larson, Jerine and Joseph Hovde, Margaret, Esther, Sandford and Mike Olson.
