Funeral Today for Nanci Gail Nervig

Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock this morning (Thursday) at the Riis Funeral home for Nanci Gail Nervig, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Nervig, north of Slater.

Rev. P. E. Onstad was in charge of the services and also sang two selection, "I Think When I Read That Sweet Story of Old" and "Tender Shepherd Thou Hast Stilled."

Burial was in the Slater cemetery.

Nanci Gail Nervig, infant daughter of Sylvia and Leo Nervig, was born Tuesday, Nov. 3 at the Iowa Lutheran hospital in Des Moines lived but a few hours. She received the sacrament of holy baptism before her death.

Besides her parents she is survived by a sister, Connie; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Helgeleand and Mr. and Mrs. James Nervig, and number of other relatives.
