“AMES - … DIED, Sunday morning, between the hours of 9 and 10, of diphtheria, Florence Bell, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Smith, in the thirteenth year of her age. Funeral at 3 o’clock p.m. Sunday. Another of their children is lying very ill with the same disease.”
