OBITUARY

MRS. F. W. McCLINTOCK

Ida L., eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Griffith of Nevada, was born September 5, 1872, near Elwell, Iowa, and died at her home in Maxwell, August 11, 1914, aged forty-three years, eleven months and six days. She was married June 26, 1901, to F. W. McClintock and was the mother of two children Clay now fourteen and Anna twelve years of age who with their father mourn the broken family circle. Besides these she is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Griffith, four brothers and three sisters Mrs. Dora Jones and Mrs. Nellie Hopper of Des Moines and Miss Hazel Griffith of Nevada. The funeral took place on Sunday at the Church of Christ in Maxwell, Rev. John L. Brandt preaching from the text selected by the deceased, John 14 chapter, verses 1, 2 and 3.

Mrs. McClintock will be sadly missed in her home, in the church and sabbath school and by all with whom she was associated.
