Deaths in Colo

Death has again saddened many hearts in and near Colo. Mrs. Annie Lantz Husburg passed away early Sunday morning at the home of her father Adam Lantz just north of town. Miss Anna Lantz was married to Mrs. Claus W. Husburg last October. Their home is on a farm near Sycamore, Ill. Last spring Mrs. Husburg had a severe attack of pneumonia from which she never fully recovered, altho she was able to go about and visited the home folks once. Recently she had been growing worse and a few days ago she went to Chicago, accompanied by her husband, and consulted a specialist. He gave her but little hope of recovery and recommended a change, so they came directly to Nevada arriving Wednesday evening. They stayed at the home of her aunt, Miss Margaret Ewald in Nevada till Thursday evening so she could rest from her trip before going by auto to her old home. All thru her illness all that love and money could do was done for her comfort an relief but in spit of all she kept failing until death came as stated. Mrs. Husburg spent the greater part of her life here and has won many friends who are deeply grieved by her untimely death and extend sincere sympathy to the bereaved ones. She leaves to mourn their loss her husband, father, two sisters and one brother besides several other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at the Lantz home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
