PROMINENT CITIZEN DIES SUDDENLY

W. B. Klump

W. B. Klump who died last Friday morning at the old Soldiers Home at Marshalltown was brought to Nevada Saturday noon and the body was taken to the grave where short funeral services were held by the members of the Jason D. Ferguson Post G. A. R. Mr. Klump was for several years a mail carrier on route five and is quite widely known. He has been a sufferer for several weeks with failing health and was for some time out at the Iowa Sanitarium. He leaves to mourn his loss six children and eighteen grandchildren. The children are Charles E., of Blue Earth, Minn.; Arthur D., of San Francisco; Mrs. Anna C. Harock [should be Anna C. Hawk], of Hope, Ark.; Mrs. Delia M. Coffin, of Albany, N. Y.; Mrs. Bessie Proctor of Fernald, and Mrs. Nona Handsaker of Nevada. His wife preceded him last year.
