JOHN MILLHOUSE DIES

John Millhouse, a well known man to all in this vicinity and much respected passed away at the county home in Hamilton county last Monday at an advanced age of 77 years. He was for many years a resident of Nevada and worked at different jobs and where he made many friends who regret his departure. He was for some time at the Story county home but when the home was destroyed by fire he was taken to Boone and when that home was destroyed by fire he was taken to Hamilton. His funeral was held at Webster City and his body laid to rest in the Granland [should be Graceland] cemetery at that place.
