Former Colo Man Buried Today

Colo, Aug 21--John Worrall, 67, for many years a resident of the Colo neighborhood, died Saturday evening at the Story county home, where he had been a patient for some time, and the funeral was held this afternoon at 2:00, at the home of his niece Mrs. Fred Cerka, in Colo, where the boy was taken immediately after death. Interment will be in the Colo cemetery by the side of his wife.

Mr. Worrall was a native of Ohio where he was born September 5, 1864 [should be 1846.] He lived in Ohio as a boy and later moved to Elgin, Illinois where he lived for a time before coming out to Story county and settling at Colo.

There he was married to Miss Mary Brouhard, who died four years ago on August 17 [should be August 15.]

He is the last one of seven children, with the exception of one brother, Oliver, whose whereabouts at this time are unknown.
