Larson Funeral Sunday Afternoon

Funeral services for Mrs. Christina Larsen, age 76 years, 4 months and 7 days, who passed away Thursday June 16 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Chris Paulson of 711 Tenth street, Nevada will be held Sunday at two o'clock at the Chris Paulson home and 2:30 p. m. at the Memorial Lutheran church, with Rev. J. O. Simon officiating. Interment will be in the Nevada cemetery.

Mrs. Larsen was united in marriage to Chris Larsen in Denmark in the year 1880 and came to America, April 1883 and settled on a farm northwest of Nevada until September 1915 when she moved to Nevada and she has made her home here since.

To this union nine children were born, seven of whom are living, two dying in infancy. The daughters are Mrs. Chris Paulson, at whose home she passed away and Mrs. Knud Sorensen of Ruthven, Iowa, and Peter, Fred, William, Walter all of Nevada and Albert of El Paso, Texas and one step-son, Hans Larsen. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and six great grandchildren and a host of friends. Her husband passed away March 22, 1900. They all will be present at the funeral except the youngest son Albert, who is on his way to California.
