SAMUEL SWITZER DIED LAST NIGHT

WAS RESIDENT OF NORTH THIRD STREET FOR MANY YEARS

Samuel Switzer, 79, died at his home 1632 Third street Tuesday evening at 9:00 from complications of long standing.

Mr. Switzer who had lived in Nevada for a number of years was born April 20, 1852 and died at his home here February 16, 1932, aged 79 years, 9 months and 26 days.

He leaves the widow, Mrs. Maggie Switzer, a son W. E. Switzer of Des Moines and one daughter, Mrs. M. C. McGiffert of Chicago. The children were here at the time of the passing of the father.

The time of the funeral, which will be held at the Bishop Funeral Home, with Rev. C. E. Lookingbill in charge, is dependent upon the arrival of the son-in-law. The services will probably be held Friday afternoon.
