OTTO DEAL MET TRAGIC DEATH
NEVADA MAN WITH HIM WHEN FATAL ACCIDENT OCCURED
Special to the Journal.
Zearing, Aug. 27--Otto Deal, 50, former resident of this neighbornood, died late Monday at a hospital at Dickenson, S. D.*, from the effects of injuries sustained in an automobile accident SundayMr. Deal, who had lived at Circle, Montana, for the past twenty years, had been trailing a string of horses over into eastern Montana, when the accident, the particulars of which are unknown here, occured.
A brother-in-law, Harold McBride* and son, Marvin of Nevada were with him at the time.
While it is known that the body will be brought back to Zearing for interment, the particulars of the services are yet undetermined.
Mr. Deal, whose wife had been dead a number of years, leaves two sisters in Minnesota. He also leaves a sister, Mrs. John Hoberland and a brother, Leon Deal of Zearing, a brother, Oral Dal of Mason City and sisters, Mrs. C. N. Clark of Waterloo and Mrs. Will Hambly of Latimer.

Otto Deal Funeral at Zearing Sunday
Zearing, Aug. 30--Funeral services for Otto Deal of Circle, Montana, who was fatally injured Sunday afternoon near Dickinson, N. D., will be held at Zearing, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Evangelical church. The body will lie in state at the home of his sister, Mrs. John Hoberland until that time.
SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Otto Deal died in Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota. Harold McBride was the brother of Otto Deal's wife, Lenora Pearl McBride who died 6 August 1911.
