Funeral Services Held For Henry Rahfeldt

Funeral services were conducted for Henry Rahfeldt from the Brouhard Funeral home in Zearing on Monday, March 23, 1953, at 2:30 p. m. The Rev. Darald D. Eller officiated at the service. Two solos were sung by Eldon Crain accompanied by Mrs. Delos Dakins who played the piano.

Casket bearers included Arthur Chandler, Fred Thornton, Earl Sparrow, Clifford Tjelmeland, John Gilmore, and Wilbur Eley. Interment was in the Zearing cemetery.

Obituary

Henry Rahfeldt, son of John and Charlotte Rahfeldt was born near Zearing on February 22, 1869. He passed away Friday evening, March 20, 1953, at the Story county hospital in Nevada at the age of 84 years, 3 weeks and 6 days.

Preceding him in death were his mother and father, three sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include his only brother, Albert, who lives near Zearing, and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
