COLLINS.

Mrs. Oakle Halterman died May 17, at her home on the Burnham farm three miles north of Collins, and the funeral service was conducted at Collins May 19, by Rev. Roberts of Maxwell. Her age was nearly nineteen years. She was the eldest daughter of Mrs. Alice Patterson and was married October 7, 1902, to Dennis Halterman. Her death was as unexpected as it was untimely, it leaves a babe nine days old, and bereaves a large circle of relatives and friends.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Oakle (Patterson) Halterman was the daughter of Charles Patterson and Alice Elvira Burnham. The "Burnham farm" where she lived would have been established by her grandparents.
