Services for area deaths

CLARENCE A NYGUARD

Clarence A. Nyguard, age 63, of Story City passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

The body has been bequested to the University of Iowa Medical School for scientific purposes.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Thorson of 2124 Hayes in Ames; two granddaughters, Natalie and Shelby, four brothers and two sisters, Arnold of Leland, Silas of Forest City; Roy Nyguard, Mrs. Homer Brown and Mrs. Alvin Hovick, all of Story City and Howard Nyguard of Nevada.

Clarence was the son of the late Julius and Christina Nyguard.

Memorial services will be held at a future date. A memorial fund has been established.
