Glen Keltner Dies In Ames Hospital On Sat. Age 52

Glen R. Keltner, 52, died at 11:20 p.m. Saturday in the Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames. He had been ill since Nov.12.

Keltner was born Oct. 26, 1914 in Ames and had been a lifelong resident of Ames and a self employed painter.

Keltner is survived by his wife, Dorothy, one son, Russell in Ames, two daughters, Mrs. Judy Morrison, Collins, and Mrs. Bonnie Heines of St. Louis, Mo., three brothers, Fred of Story City, Thurlow of Nevada and Ralph who lives in Ames; one sister, Mrs. Gladys Richey, Rockwell; his mother, Mrs. Oscar Warren, Ames and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 at the Adams Funeral Home in Ames with the Rev. Clay Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be in the Ames Municipal Cemetery.
