Funeral Services At Story City Tues.

Mildred Vesta Ahrens, 53, of rural Boone, died Saturday morning, April 23 at Mary Greeley Hospital. She had been an invalid for the past 30 years.

Born Feb. 9, 1913 at Boone, she was the daughter of Charles and Kathrine Ahrens.

She is survived by three brothers, Andrew and Albert of Boone and Arthur of Eagle Grove; one sister Mrs. L.C. (Mary) Richardson of Story City.

Her parents, a sister and brother preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at St. Petri Lutheran Church in Story City on Tuesday, April 26 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Rhuben O. Aga will officiate with burial in the Story City Municipal Cemetery.
